CutSI is being prepared for release. This notice explains the current processing design and services planned for launch. We will finalize the app’s disclosures and this notice against its enabled release configuration before distribution.

What stays on your device

Your full source recording, local transcription and visual analysis, cleaned audio, project history, and rendered exports are processed or stored on your iPhone. Selecting a video does not upload the entire video to our planning service. Copies exported to other apps are subject to those apps’ practices.

What is sent for AI planning

AI edit requests send selected still frames, transcript text and timing, visual summaries (including detected text), recording dimensions and duration, and editing instructions through our Cloudflare-hosted service to Anthropic. These materials may contain personal information from your recording. Internet is required for AI planning. The release must explain this sharing and obtain applicable permission before transmitting personal content.

Provider processing, logging, and retention depend on configured service terms. We are confirming final settings before release and make no zero-retention or zero-training claim here. Learn about Anthropic and Cloudflare.

Purchases and measurement

In-app purchases are planned. Apple handles App Store payments. RevenueCat is planned for subscription status and entitlement management. Firebase is planned for product analytics and reliability; Meta and TikTok App Events are planned for advertising measurement. Exact enabled features, identifiers, event fields, retention, and consent settings are being finalized. We will update this notice and Apple’s privacy disclosures to match the release.

Where required, tracking across other companies’ apps or websites requires Apple’s tracking authorization. External AI permission and analytics choices are separate. Private video content must not be included in analytics or advertising event properties.

Support requests on this website

When you use the support form, we collect your reply email, selected topic, message, request reference, and submission time so the CutSI team can handle your request. Requests are stored in a private hosted database and are not displayed publicly. A daily-changing derived network key limits abuse. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information to operate and secure the site.

This website has no Meta, TikTok, or Firebase analytics scripts. It does not attach your app recordings to messages or send support submissions to advertising or analytics services. Do not submit sensitive footage, passwords, or payment details.

Storage and controls

Delete local projects from Recent in the app. The app also cleans older projects and cached versions according to its storage policy. Deleting a project does not delete previously shared copies, Photos exports, or service-provider logs.

Support submissions are used to investigate and respond to your request. Use Support to request access, correction, or deletion of support information; we may need to verify the request. Provider and app retention details will be finalized before launch.
